These benefits include an expert review of the deceased’s estate, a statewide unclaimed property search, and a customized settlement plan. Elevia is the only aftercare platform with a comprehensive estate settlement resource, which sets your location apart from the competition and provides an even better experience to the families you serve.

Going forward, all new families that are enrolled in the aftercare text sequence will start receiving the estate settlement check-in text. This text is sent to families around 40 days after the passing of their loved one.

This new enhancement to your aftercare program costs you nothing additional! We believe this addition will provide great value for families and we are proud to offer it as a complement to our existing aftercare solutions.

Alix works cohesively with outside attorneys and financial advisors. While lawyers can be helpful in some situations, there are many aspects of the estate settlement process that they do not address, for example sitting on the phone with banks, helping find an appraiser for fine china, estate taxes and more. The Alix experts have been helping families settle estates for many years and can provide expert guidance and support across a whole range of situations.
